The standard dishes have approx 150g of raw protein in them and the double protein have approx 300g of raw protein. Macro information table is delivered on the socials on a Tuesday evening.

All of our meals can be tailored to suit any diet or allergy. Just send us a message for more details. There is an allergy mandatory completion checkbox on the checkout screen.

All of our meals can be frozen, the use by or freeze by dates are labelled on the containers. We recommend heating the meals from chilled at full power in a microwave for 3 minutes, leave to stand for 1 minute. Defrost overnight in a refrigerator. Alternatively, heat from frozen by increasing your cooking time. Always ensure your food is piping hot throughout before consuming. Take care when opening the lids as the BioPak sugarcane containers generate a lot of steam.

Payment can be made by PayPal, card or direct bank transfer. Please send us a message if you need to pay contactless with cash.

Yes, just log into your account, go to ‘My Subscriptions’ and let us know there how long you would like to take a break from the subscription – super handy for holidays!

Yes, of course! Just log into your account on the website, go to ‘My Subscriptions’ under ‘Account’ and you can change your subscription there – update frequency, etc and then your monthly payments will be updated to reflect this. Any issues, just get in touch!

Collection from our Hub in Abercynon is from 4pm to 5pm prompt on Tuesday and usually 12 – 3 on Wednesday but this changes periodically so get in touch if you’re unsure. If you miss your collection then get in touch with us to see if we can re-arrange for you. Please note that The Little Playhouse is run independently from SK. If you fail to collect your food on time then you must inform us immediately to arrange collection at a later date.

We’re at the very top of Crown Hill in Llantwit Fardre on the T junction with the Crown Inn pub CF38 2NA.

Please message us before placing your order as you may be on or near one of our delivery routes and we may be able to accommodate you. Outside of our immediate area, we currently deliver to Penarth, Tonyrefail, Llantrissant, Pontyclun, Llanharry, Llanharran, Pontypridd, Brynna, Coed Ely, Porth, Williamstown, Abercynon, Treforest, Rhydfelin and we have limited availability for deliveries to Caerphilly.

Collections on Tuesday from HQ in Llantwit Fardre can be adjusted to suit you, let us know what time you require when you order. Local deliveries are free within 5 miles of HQ, we deliver on a Tuesday between 09h00 and 17h30. Please note, you must tell us where to leave your food if you’re not going to be home or we will leave your food at your doorstep. Most clients leave us a cool box if they are going to be out for the day. Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
